Not very happy

Was very happy with Turbotax until this year. Problems with RMD reporting and home sale reporting were reported with a request to advise u when the problems were resolved. Never got such E mail and had to return to Turbotax frequently to find out when problems were resolved
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbotax makes preparing my taxes very easy. I really like the step through process. I purchased turbotax download for my mac and the only confusing part is at beginning when connecting with Intuit. I'm not a computer pro and I need exact terms/verbiage. I found out that" Key 1" noted on the software activation key form is the same as the "License# on Intuit instructions. If I missed something, please let me know. Otherwise, turbotax works great.
