Feeling Ripped Off

I purchased this download to do my taxes both federal and state. Now I am being charged another $20 to E-file the returns I paid for already. It makes me feel that I am being ripped off and I have used turbo tax for years now and this has NEVER happened

TuborTax is bugged

The software version is bugged. I had to go over the federal and state return sections several times for it to give me the correct information. Sometimes, the information was either wrong or missing. In addition, several options only showed up after several run throughs. The online version worked much better.

Instructions and in-program help lacking this year

In program help and instructions are lacking this year over previous years. FOr some entries i had to gfuess due to poor instructiosn. I never had that prblen in previous years. i assume it's so you'll force users to p[urchase add-0n help. If htis contiues, i will look at other products.
