I've been using TurboTax for many years. It is not as easy to use as it was 2 years ago. Whatever you did to it reduced its usability.

Input Forms Need Improvement

Your changes to input formats made it difficult for me to enter data. In prior years, the inputs were intuitive. I could see the effect of each input AS I was entering data, and catch most input errors as I was making them. Now I need to jump from input forms to results, back and forth. Complicating things, each input form doesn't necessarily have a complete-enough explanation for what the form is. I have multiple sub-accounts to pull data from, with little clue to which sub-account I have on the screen at any given moment. So it took me MUCH longer to finish inputting.

Very easy to navigate. Only 1 issue this year and last year, the Health Insurance (1095A) form isnt asked for automatically like everything else...You have to search to enter it!

Bought the Fed AND state Deluxe, but you still charged to e-file the state and alluded that the state charged that. Attorney General has been notified. you still owed me a refund from 2 years ago
