Turbo Turbo is NOT user friendly

I have to enter information multiple times; I cannot save my State Tax Return as a PDF as it's telling me that my form is incomplete; I am not able to find a way to actually look at my State Tax Return

New Income Section Hard to Use.

The new 2024 user Interface in the income section was super frustrating to use vs. the 2023 income section. It took me an hour and half to get all my entries entered and imported.

You did not include address to which I need to mail my return.
I tried to e-file, but you would not complete the process because you said my turbotax program needed an update, but it was supposed to be up to date when I purchased it two days earlier.
Then you did not provide a means to update the software.
Also there is the aggravating insistence on filling out form 8889T.
I wasted too much time using turbotax.

I usually find Turbo Tax to work relatively well. This year, I had issues when saving documents. I finished my taxes and saved them (also saving a copy to my computer). When I went back to submit them a couple weeks later, all the work I had done was gone and I had to redo everything. I have never had that happen before so found it very disappointing. The second time I did the taxes, I made sure to submit immediately. Next time, if I use them again, I will back up in both Turbo Tax form and PDF.
