Will use TurboTax again but had a few issues

I have used Turbo Tax to do our taxes for YEARS but this year was the hardest of all. I have always had a disc to put into my computer and it loaded, updated, we entered, and submitted. This year without the disc, I had one heck of a time getting it to load and accept my log in and get to a point where I could enter my License Code. Found it to be a very frustrating pain and a task that should have taken only 1 hour took me 2.25 hours trying to figure out the issue.

Installation Awful

Installation was awful, even though I bought it at Amazon I needed to sign in to my intuit account and it seemed to always want to send me to the online version. It took me an hour to figure out where to go. I've been a Turbotax customer since 1991 and this was the worst experience. Not sure I will ever use it again.

Personal Tax IP Pin number

I love TurboTax and have used it for years to file my taxes. It would be great if during the final tax review, it could identify a blank entry in the IPP Pin field. I've never had this code sent me by IRS and so I must go online to find tthe current year IP Pin number that I need to file my e-tax returns. A flag on this TurboTax field to tell me that If I intend to e-file, please add the your Personal IPP Pin number to the appropiate filing form.would be perfect.
