Ok. No breaks on price

Ok. I've simplified my tax profile. The 2024 Desktop version was a bit tricky for 1098-t. It automatically loaded a 1098-T from 2023 tax history. Student was attending a different school in 2024. Different 1098-T. Kept asking for data but not specifying which 1098. I've used turbo tax for a decade. Wish you would give a price break to returning customers

Will not be using TurboTax next year

TurboTax has not been great this year. TurboTax did not recognize state codes. It is confusing at the end because I am receiving a refund but paying into federal. The total refund TurboTax is giving me is much lower than the state refund I am supposed to get.

Why Disallow the C.D. option of Turbo Tax 2024'

I've used and relied on Turbo Tax for over the past 20+ years
, but this might be the last year I use Turbo Tax. This is the first year the "Powers that Be" decided to discontinue the option of purchasing the "C.D. Version" for desk top or any other use. Several times I needed to bring up the software for years past.Having the C.D. for the past particular year made resolving all issues a breeze! I fear relying on Turbo Tax Corp to maintain the programs and returns will be a fellow tax filer's Nightmare!

Used for first time last year. Hardly had any questions.
This year I had to ponder, look up several questions due to lack of explanations. Fortunately, my previous experience with Kiplinger's/HR Block made my quest for info easier. Help from the TurboTax was not user friendly.
