Worked well

Overall, I give Turbo Tax a 5. I have used for many years, and it has always worked well for me. The only issue I had this year was at the final part of reviewing my return it showed a "Not responding" when I clicked continue a second time because it did not do or show anything. I did wait 30 to 40 seconds, and it did continue but I think this is a small issue that should be addressed. At least show please wait updating file.

This version is not as good as part-more stops and starts, sometime thinks it is 2325.

Getting my password issue resolved took nearly two hours lot back and forth the website accepting my e-mail address and password then. telling me 'unknown or such'. Frustrating

Unnecessary upgrade

As in previous years, I started with the free filing. Even though my situation is identical to previous years, Turbo Tax required me to upgrade to Deluxe, but at a price higher than I could get at BJ's. I purchased the Deluxe and contrary to advice from your help desk, I was unable to smoothly pick up all of the information I had already entered. I don't understand the change and it tripled my work.
