I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I can't say it's the best of them all but I can tell you that it's simple, it's ez to find answers related to taxes, and I've never had a audit.

I don't like that it does not come as a CD. Getting updates was troublesome. Program itself was glitgey compared to previous years.
