The IRS PIN box is missing one digit.

Your input box for the IRS PIN is only 5 digits long. The IRS PIN is supposed to be 6 digits long; this mistake is a MAJOR error. Everyone's returns will not be processed promptly because of this mistake.

Too many bugs

Turbo Tax kept randomly giving me different errors when attempting to E-File. After the 4th attempt I will simply send mail them out. Turbo Tax did not prompt me to put in my CP01A pin. I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never run into these and other problems.

TERRIBLE CHECK YOUR RETURN FOR ERRORS

When you say that you are checking the return and say its ok. Then the return is rejected and we have to find the problem our self. YOU are not checking the return for errors or omissions. I don't like that and willbe looking for something better for filing. I have been using your service for over 12 years and it has been going downhill for past 3 years.
