My go-to tax software

Had to Manually Update Software

Product was Good. I had a problem when I had to open the software again to make updates. I kept getting an update error with the software as it was trying to automatically update. I had to troubleshoot and find and utilize the directions to manually update the software. That finally resolved the problem, and I was able to complete my taxes. Had it not been for experiencing that problem, I would have rated a 5.

I Will Keep Using TT

Seems much more complicated that prior years (been using TT for probably 10 years) but then federal tax laws have changed too.
