Once again taken for a wallet cleaning by TurboTax. Costing more each year and had to buy new computer to file with TT. Had TT every year since 2008 and this is last year. one star too high

Cannot enter IRS ID pin in TurboTax application.

Main complaint: During the time working on tax form, Turbo Tax did not ASK for the IRS ID Pin. During the process Turbo Tax did ask me to make up a 5 digit pin (don't remember when or where), but NEVER directed me to enter the IRS ID Pin which is REQUIRED. I tried to insert the information, but I could not edit the file. So naturally, my emailed tax form was REJECTED. I hope next year this problem (at Turbo Tax's end) is corrected and I will be able to enter the IRS ID Pin number,

App barely works at times, your tax refund estimate jumps around like there is a randomizer on it while nothing is happening

Turbo Tax Help from Laura

Laura was simply amazing and very helpful!!! I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never been disappointed. This has been the first year I have had an issue with a personal filing situation, and I had to call support. I had the pleasure of talking to Laura for an hour while she tried to figure out my situation. She never gave up and searched for resolutions and we talked through the possibilities together. I told her how much I enjoyed using Turbo Tax and talking to a knowledgeable person. She told me that they were always looking for people and it was a great company to work for so I should look at the job possibilities on the website. I just might take her advice.
