Frustrating software this year

This version was the most frustrating to use. And I have used Turbo Tax for years. First of all it auto saved the file as "Untitled" and wouldn't let me change the name. I called your help desk 3/28 and was assured if I "Quit Turbo Tax" that my file was saved. I couldn't find it any where the next time and had to reenter all my date again. Searched for "untitled", by date created, by .tax.......nothing. I will really have to rethink using this again next year.

Turbo Tax has gone downhill

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years but no more. The program has changed, and I had many problems that I have not experienced in the past. It took me several hours longer than past years and days of stress and frustration trying to input detail that was calculated by the program in past years. I hated this years experience.
