Makes Doing Taxes Easy

I like the ease of using it, step by step directions or on your own. I like that it imports by financial info from companies we use. Less for us to figure out.
I had an issues come up and was able to talk on the phone with a "live" person to get the answer I needed.

Turbo Tax is average.

The software is reasonable to work through. It takes a bit to go through all the sections when many things don't apply. Mainly I want to also do drafts of married filing separately to estimate what each of us would owe or overpaid, not a convenient way of doing that.

I have been using turbo tax to due my taxes since 1992. It is a very good product. Do not make it complicated to use. Keep it simple.
