Turbo Tax can be very frustrating

When I quit Turbo Tax after a session of adding data and clicked "save", the file name would change and next time I opened the program all my data was gone and I had to find the file that held the data entered on previous sessions.

I finally got my taxes done, I owe a Godawful amount, I applied for the installment plan, and your program wants to charge me for the computer program AGAIN! I already bought the program!!!
I can't get my taxes E-filed, keeps dumping me into Intuit Internet version, and I'm back to being charged for the program again. If I ever get my taxes e-filed and the payment plan okayed, ts the last time I us Turbo Tax, and that's a shame.

Very satisfied with the product, but....

I'm a long-time TurboTax user, and overall, I'm satisfied with the product. A couple issues continue to bug me. 1: In the interview process, answered questions are RE-asked, as though the answers may have changed. "Did you receive..." etc. PLEASE keep my answers. 2: Forget going 'back' quickly to the previous screen or section. The user may have to click multiple times or start an entire section over. PLEASE have a convenient progression sidebar where the user may double-check an entry without having to wade through extra steps. 3: Oh, why did you quit providing CDs? (expenses, I know, and who has an old desktop with a CD drive anymore?) Many users WANT to keep the CDs and DON'T want the unreliability/hassle of downloads (and keeping up with product keys. PLEASE consider issuing CDs for those of us who greatly prefer them.
