Turbotax is good.

Easy to use. Didn't take too long. Useful in filing taxes in a quick and efficient way. E-file was pretty interesting and simple to use.

Not as good this year

TurboTax was not as good this year. The changes were not useful. I spent more than 2 hours trying to download it after going through numerous cycles. Finally I located a phone number and the service agent helped me with the down load. Kept running into TurboTax Free

Don't e-File state refund.

Do not try to file you State Return a E-File with a Credit Card. The Intuit E-File credit card page fails with a message unable to verify your information even though I immediately receive at text that my Credit card has been hit by Intuit for $25.00. After that you can not file you return. I uncheck the state e-file box so that I could file my Federal and the Federal return was successfully e-filed. I have tried everything I know to do looked on the web notice comments from others they have had this issue also. Now I'm trying to figure out how to file my state return. Of course it is not giving me the option to file it by mail. It still wants be to efile and it fails even if you put in different information for the card.
