Turbo Tax isn't what it used to be.

Have been using Turbo Tax past 5-6 years and will not be using again. The live help was awful with someone who wasn't US based and never even asked to share my screen to help figure out that the issue was. I played around with it and figured out why. It was a change on how you put in IRA info. Trying to locate help on the webpage was difficult. I had used customer service last year for something else and had similiar issues. Next year I'm going back to the local person who does taxes and accounting year round. Not worth the stress and hassle

TURBO TAX IS HARD TO FALLOW AND TIME CONSUMING

time consuming and hard to fallow with little assistance, I could have got the forms myself and done the return faster Please go bact to the way Turbo tax was in 2022. I am an accountant and found 2024 TurboTax hard to use.

great tool for doing your own taxes to print and mail in... but, the advertisement for e-file is not transparent... it seems like a scam... with additional fees etc... but it advertises, federal is free.... yeah, right.

The software has not improved over the years. Too many software updates through April. The software is not user friendly.
