Easy to work with

It was very easy and fast to process a (very simple) Federal and State return. I just wish it would print the single page that tells me "the returns have been sent." It kept going back to printing the entire document.

Need to change interest and dividend entry

I am usually happy with Turbotax, but the Desktop version was disappointing this year. They changed the input for interest and dividends and it was unnecessarily cumbersome and not user-friendly. Intuit knows better; this change was obviously not thoroughly tested.

Been using TurboTax for over 10 years & some years have had gliches. Like this year rejects my city of Clio, MI when e-filing my state. Then it states after e-filing the federal I still have to mail it in. WHY? Then other years have been just fine. Very frustrating!

Used Turbo Tax for 2024 tax return

My rollover from Johnson & Johnson 401K to Fidelity IRA account, somehow, was included in NJ (non-resident) state as taxable income. If you compare my NJ taxable income and tax amounts for 2023 and 2024, you can find the numbers do not make sense.

TT continues to be great for filing and keeping up with the latest rules and regs.
The new format that didn't include a cd, required me to punch in all my previous info.
