recent input screen changes are not helpful
repeated requests to upload 1099 data is annoying once I've said I want to input it manually

I continue to prepare my return. TT helps as it walks me throught the process which has in turn raised questions that I need to answer. As of 2024, my return has not changed from previous years.

Disappointed in 2024 TurboTax Format

For the first time since I've been using TurboTax, I've never been so disappointed in your product. The segment on E-filing my state taxes is a total bust, unable to be resolved by me or your direct contact person, who, incidentally, hung up on me in the middle of attempting to resolve the problem.
I am asking that you reimburse me the $20.00 for "filing my taxes," because, at this point it still is not done! Secondly, since I've been using TurboTax for a minimum of 20 years, I would expect full reimbursement as a good faith gesture to a longtime customer. Third, the printable forms in both Word and PDF are almost incomprehensible, making me wonder if the forms will even be processed in their current form.

generally aok however when I answer the import question it should remember the answer so I am not asked on every entry.
