Can be smarter

Hate entering things twice between the Fed and State return, such as my bank info. When I go to pay my efile payment, you should know my address. It should be smarter. Also, anyplace you can add further explanation of what you are looking for, it should be more detailed and not just a repeat of what was already asked.

The application is very good and I agree with the 5-star rating. However, this time, for some reason, when I finished with the application, the entries I completed for the State reporting did not go through. I received help from Shaeree who, after sharing my screen, alert me to the issue. The application should have not let me get to the end if the State reporting was not completed. I only called for help because I was unable to transmit the files!

Shut Down Twice

it quit on me twice. Both times I was afraid I was going to have to start over. Also, it did not let me know where the file was being saved.
