turbotax pas not helpful with my simple return.

in previous years my returns were very easy to file but my 2024 return has repeatedly rejected. Turbotax did not give me adéquate reasons who that has so.

I have used TurboTax for years and have never had a bad experience. The software guides one thru the data gathering and entry, and then calculates what we are getting back. No issues from this end!

Raise Awareness about State Tax Issue

I've used and been very pleased with Turbo Tax software since 1996. That's 29 years using Turbo Tax, and in all that time I've never had a federal or state return questioned; that is until this year when the state of Delaware questioned my return. I e-file my federal and state return, and I received a letter from Delaware Department of Revenue asking for my 1099-Rs before they can finish processing my return. I'm not sure why this year is different than any other year except that the administration of my pension changed during the year and the new company mistakenly over withheld my state tax by about $1800 or so. Since that resulted in a refund of $1600 I'm guessing that's why they questioned the return. I wanted to make Turbo Tax aware so that perhaps in the future if the software recognizes a big difference in withholding they could flag it for further questions OR just include the 1099-Rs in the e-filed return.
