E-file for state tax is a rip off

It is not as intuitive as earlier version. When I paid extra money to e-file state tax, I still have to send payment separately by mail; what is the advantage of emailing?

So very difficult to work with

Intuit makes it so incredibly difficult. All I want to do is file an extension from the desktop version. Different instructions for online versus app versus desktop. And the Desktop instructions do not work
