On the pop-ups, when referring to a Schedule or Form number, please include the actual name of the schedule or form so the user does not have to look it up.

Since you have been selling it, I've been buying it. I love it! I remember doing my returns by hand and typing them on a typewriter! Keep up the good work!

Not As Accurate and Trustworthy as before

2023 file was checked and submitted using TurboTax. A year later I got notice from IRS that I failed to enter my SS income. I was required to pay additional tax of approximately $2000. As I have been using TurboTax for decades and have been retired since 2015 I would have thought something this simple and obvious would have be caught by TurboTax. It obviously wasn't. Over the years of my use I feel TurboTax has become less user friendly.

My taxes are pretty straight forward but I had never really done them myself. This was my second year using Turbo Tax software to do my own taxes and it was very user friendly and easy. I feel much more confident now.

Dependable and Trusted

Have used for more years that I can remember. Trusted and True so to speak .....
This year installing was very confusing. It appeared that during installation you were being steered toward filing on line directly rather than doing it the regular "old" way. It was actually scary with all the cyber concerns that everyone, especially us seniors, have to deal with on a daily basis. Thankfully help arrived.

There were some cases this year when I had less help topics support than in previous years. The ability to use the help and support has been one of the reasons I use Turbo Tax
