Still simple

Still makes filing easy. The one thing that gave me a headache is the advertising of their extra services within the program. Their software does the job of guiding you through the filing process, there is no need to sell "extra help" on top of it.

TurboTax glitch

There is a glitch in TT. There is NO 15a in my 1099-R. It will not let me progress to efile. VERY FRUSTRATING

Missed by a Mile!

Worst year ever for my TurboTax experience! Too many dead end screens, too many repeat screens, too many restarts, too many start overs, too many install/uninstall events. Took seven attempts to accept my payment for state filing. 15+ years of flawless process but the 2024 edition was a travesty! Get this resolved or I'm switching to a competitor!
