Turbo Tax is Great, But Needs Work!

I always use Turbo Tax, and I think it is a great program. However, when I wanted to find form, Sch C, I found it more difficult to find and review that form! In past years, there was a list of forms to select from to view. That was much better than the current program! Also, Turbo Tax asks me if there is a carryforward of various expenses, etc. That leaves me totally in the dark, since I think the program should be able to supply those numbers from previous returns! I am pretty sure that most people who use Turbo Tax are not able to accurately give you that information without a lot of research! Please correct that so that I don't feel like I am not filing an accurate return!

Make it easier to follow download!

I was frustrated and disappointed with the download process. The instructions were not correct and I had to search to find how to find the software once it was downloaded. Getting started with the software should be the easiest part!
