something is wrong with on line fidelity pricing

my latest experience was a disaster as I used to file with fidelity for free. now a supposedly 30% discount that was for the premier addition.so i filled it out and they asked me for 135.00 to complete. so i bought the delux edition for $44 so i think you guys are thieves as the premier can be bought for 82.00. and where did the 135 dollar charge come from. a real scam

I paid for the state returns, and then you charged me again for e-filing state returns. What a terrible business model where you truly hate your customers.

Turbo Tax this year was WORST tax prep experience

0 Stars. Worst tax filing experience EVER and I'm 80 years old!!! Items i did not put a check on were changed to show I DID check them when I did NOT!!! I put 0.00 on an item the software wanted blank and that cost me being stuck in a loop for several hours where the software would not let me go back and leave the column blank. I had to go bac and RE-ENTER everything for both the Federal and State returns. At the end Turbo Tax would not do a State e-file because I checked a box saying I was doing an e-file, which I had already paid for!!! Ugh!! I had to work on this for 3 DAYS when I could have done it by hand in less than 1 day. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do your taxes longhand, it will be faster
