Beware state E-file fee

Hiding the fact that state E-file is a separate charge when purchasing the physical product is predatory and I will never use turbotax again.

Program Walks You Through It All!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has been super easy to use. As we've transitioned from full-time work to retirement the process has continued to work well with our financial situation. We don't really have anything too complicated, so it makes no sense to me why we'd pay someone 3-4 times the cost of Turbo Tax. We did have someone do our taxes a few years ago just to see if we were missing out on something. The answer was no.

Turbo tax had a bad surprise

Why was I surprised by the refund processing fee when I was filing the return. This is new and exorbitant for a fee. I am dissatisfied that you did this.
