TurboTax works, but still has obvious bugs.

TurboTax works, but still has obvious bugs. It has fixed some thinks I've suggested in the past, but not others. One thing it should do and sometimes but not only does is display my answer from last year. One example is I import my TurboTax return from last year, but it still asks what my State refund was.
I tried to post this issue, but didn't get a confirmation that Intuit accepted my question: Here it is 4/3/2025 nearly the deadline, and it still has an issue of it asking to update, but that update giving an error, and the error resolution giving much bad advice. "Please fix a bug Error 70001 that appeared when trying to file. This error seems to be that TurboTax is updating, but the error says "TurboTax is already running - TurboTax is already running under another account. Switch users and run TurboTax from the other account to continue. Error 70001. Click for solution [OK]." If one clicks OK, it just gives the error again. If you close all and shut down your computer, and re-open your return, the same error shows. If you click the "Click for Solution", it suggests many poor idea things, including disable your antivirus, make TurboTax your computer administrator, and so forth. What I found when I opened Windows Task Manager is an Intuit Updater task was running. I then shut down again and restarted, but left the computer alone for two hours. Then when I opened my return, all seemed fine, and I was able to file. "

Not five as in prior years. difficulty correcting state return. Questions were not clear. at end, found needed to adjust interest BUT going back did not bring up all the questions again. On federal return, going back forces you through every detail. Also, entered amt of overpayment to apply to 2025 tax, and program just kept as pay to me. Was like Pulling teeth to fix!!
