TTax has once again guided me through the process of taxes this year that included a sizable Roth Conversion plus Annuity reassignments which challenged the instructions to report correctly. I have used TTax for several years and have gained a real sense of trust in their process and product.

I like Turbo Tax

I filled out my forms and did the work myself. I encountered a problem with my Georgia taxes and needed help. The representative helped me go through the forms and helped me fix my error and checked everything for accuracy. She was a godsend.

Turbo tax confusion

Too complicated to find anything specific. Every time I ask question or search for information I get too many superfluous material to pass through (like hanging spanish moss) to either ask a question so that Turbo tax understands what I want or the list of options too chose is in like scrambled eggs when I'm just interested yolks. Submitting this review is a good example.
