Experts are available when you file with Turbo Tax

I had a different situation this year with a retirement rollover so I engaged with a tax advisor through turbo tax. It was very professional and answered all my questions. Plus knowing I have the expert advisor available until October is wonderful. Great feature!

Completed, saved and printed return when I went to e file site said my name was missing from return and it was not. I could not get around this so I decided to file by mail. I will not use Turbo Tax in the future.

Bad ending can not save copy this year!

In years before I could save a PDF copy to my Documents folder this year I can only print a copy. I should not have to run Turbo tax software just to print a copy.
