Mostly simple, but some things are not intuitive

Most of the software was easy to use, however, if you have an issue which isn't exactly as described in the software options, it isn't readily intuitive how to proceed. It took me a couple of phone calls to find out where I needed to enter certain information regarding a land sale, as it really wasn't listed as an option.
