TT not as good as it was

I've used TT for about 40 years with minimal issues. Always a desktop edition. This year I came across several major issues, that, according to the various Intuit threads, are due to TT issues in handling data. And are known, reported problems. I must say the help desk was VERY helpful but I had first pursued several hours of questions with Schwab -- not to mention trying to figure stuff out on my own. I think I'm switching products next year!

Minor glitch this year.

I have used TurboTax for MANY years. Love the product and interview process.
This year, there was a small glitch. I married and my spouse died in 2024, so I filed married, filing jointly. The interview process never asked about prior years AGI for my spouse, so the efiling was rejected the first time around.

Except for 2 - 3 years, I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe annually for my federal and state tax preparation and filing. I did use another app for two or three years but encountered some challenges with my RMD reporting. So I returned to Turbo Tax Deluxe. It is a good product and I recommend it.

Same problem every year

Same issue every year. When I save and close my return, I expect to have it open where I left off. It always goes to the beginning and I have to find out where I was. Sucks!!!!
