I've used TurboTax software for may years to help me prepare my taxes. There are some areas, at times, that procedure is unclear for me but I eventually work it out.

I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and the improvements made to the software over the years (such as importing information) have made it easier to complete my taxes and given me more confidence in the product.

TurboTax had numerous errors with Ohio returns

Federal taxes I had no problem with but the Ohio tax return had numerous errors regarding recording additional taxes due to sales tax information and the errors were so bad I could not complete my taxes in February and needed to wait till April before Intuit fixed all the problems and had to restart my returns from scratch to complete them.
