Frustrated by downloader

Bad experience with the download Turbo Tax 2024. The updater for Federal would not work, and it did not let me proceed with preparation of my taxes, nor file without updating, yet the updater kept failing and saying there was a fatal error. It would not let me file electronically, either, constantly returning to the updater which would not work! I finally was able to manually download a patch and get things to work, after 3 hours of frustartion.

I have used Turbo Tax since it was first offered over 20 yrs ago. It is always very easy to use and it helps maximize your deductions to ensure you get the maximum money in return or pay the least.

Good product the cost to submit state is ridiculous. I can just send in paper for 50 cents... why $25.

Turbo tax seems more complicated w/o the disc.

Got rejected 3 times, will say more when return goes through. This last time seemed more fruitful or satisfying with an on-line expert.
