TERRIBLE EFILE EXPERIENCE

This is the first time I have ever had to create and sign in to Intuit to eFile my returns. I hate it! All the security checks on payment, and then my return wasn't even sent. When I went back to TurboTax program, I almost panicked when I realized my returns weren't filed. Thought there was some kind of hack involved. I have used TurboTax for many years to prepare and file my returns. The process was NOT seamless. FIX THIS!

Overpriced for what it is. The app doesn't do a lot to make it easy to file year after year.
