Nearly impossible to get a password reset

Password reset was ridiculous. Support prompts for reset took you in circles.

Should be easier to mannually enter 1099

Program seems to default to electronic transmission of 1099s. I found it irritating to override that each time i wanted to manually enter a 1099

I'm a long time Turbotax user and will continue to be so.I did encounter one issue regarding a problem Turbotax had in handline my RMD that included change. The advice I received was to round off the change and then Turbotax could handle the value. Was confusing until I understood the problem.
