TT is slipping!

I had to reload TT after it became nonresponsive. The program froze in step-by-step mode when trying to complete my input of my 1099R information. This happened 2x. I had to use the forms to get the info entered. I bought the deluxe fed & state and found I had to pay extra to do a state filing (could be another bug)?? I am very disappointed since I have been using TT for more than 20 years!

2024 Turbotax was a little more difficult than usual to navigate, but it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time and I was comfortable using it. It wasn't initially able to locate last years 2023 file, but I was able to move the file to a location that the program could access. Never had that problem before.

TurboTax Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This year, the tax return could not be printed from the software. I could print a copy for my records by saving the federal and state returns to a pdf file. I was pleased to see this issue was resolved within two days and printing can now be done within the software.

TubroTax has printing problems on Mac 13.7.3
