TurboTax is the best

When clicking on an amount in the forms, TurboTax used to show how/where the amount came from (worksheets, other forms, etc.). I would like to see this feature back.

TT Opens Wrong Software - Business vs. Personal

We have been using Turbo Tax for decades. We use both TT for Businesses/Trusts and TT for our personal taxes. When opening TT from saved files, it seems to always revert to the wrong software. We always have to go to the TT software we want to use, tell it we want to open a file, then go to our saved files, and tell it to open the file we want to work on. Suggest TT use an identifier to tell our computer the correct software to use.

Turbo Tax is great

As always Turbo Tax is a great product to work with. I would suggest however to make the forms/pages regarding the 529 withdrawals /1099 Q and any education expenses to be a little clearer by combing them into a process. They seem to be currently separated making it confusing to ensure that everything flows.

Turbo Tax is for me

We have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for our taxes for over 10 years. I find it easy to understand and use. I generally begin to use this each January as forms arrive to input. That way, by the 1099 due dates I have completed the inputs and get prepared to file.

$40 fee not transparent, no thanks!

Very sneaky refund processing fee inserted at $40. No mention of it until payment rerview. Almost got me! Googled my complaint and found out how to get around sneaky fee!!!!
