Turbo Tax needs rework for next year.

Very difficult to use this year. Had questions about RMD's when they didn't apply and provided no option for exiting page. Changed state filing from e-file to mailing but system kept showing email information and wouldn't provide mailing instructions.

Our overall experience with Turbo Tax is very positive. We were a little offset with the change to no CD this year. However, we got excellent help from Stacy at your Customer Service location, and were put back on the right trail using the downloaded version.

Have used for many years. This year seemed even more refined and clearer than some past versions.
I think it worth the money to have the software and do taxes with it. My tax situation is getting simpler post-retirement. However, still like the walk- through and updates inherent in having Turbo Tax. Confident that Turbo Tax is current for all tax laws, options, and implications.
