Frustrating to use; cannot buy online

Covers the forms OK but several issues: (1) you still cannot purchase online if your credit card expiration date is one of three valid years - spent 1 hour on phone to get the purchase completed; (2) new entry process requires much repetitive option selection - must tell it for each source entering data, not downloading it; (3) asks for data in steps where logically it could be done efficiently in one place/time (e.g, not til filing are you asked for state ID, and then only when get to entry page does it ask for more info; could be combined with basic name, ssn, etc right at the beginning. Frustrating to use.
