Great Product!!!!

I have used TurboTax for 25+ years and it is a FANTASTIC tax preparation tool. Thank You Intuit for continually improving the Turbo Tax Experience. I have been trying to think of some constructive feedback I could provide on the product itself, but it is a SOLID product. If I have any constructive feedback it is with the fees associated with additional state tax returns and processing/eFile fees. I have been doing my kids taxes as well, and it just cost me almost as much to file one of their taxes (i.e. additional tax form and eFile fees) as I paid for the TurboTax Deluxe. itself. Again, GREAT product and I will certainly continue using it!!!!

T-Tax Great but some Caveats

This is for the Tax year 2024, filed in 2025...there were too many surprises and hidden fees. No info upfront to know about this. Otherwise, a great step-by-step tax product.

Turbo Tax doesn't like the mouse.

Turbo Tax is generally easy to use. Sometimes the touch screen doesn't work. Sometimes the mouse pointer disappears. Really bothersome.

Getting worse

It is getting more cmberson every year. Should be easier to make revisions directly on forms. Now too many steps to edit one variable.Do not like having to set up and access Intuit account to use Turbo Tax. Cannot use for estimated returns before end of the tax year -- won't run without updates. Fully understand it may not be accurate but still useful. Editing is cumbersome -- requires too many steps. Will look at other products next year.
