Turbo Tax Needs help.

can't file taxes because Turbo Tax does not have NYS available. Been trying for two day. No way to contact anybody on TurboTax Deluxe Desktop. When asking to be informed when forms are available that part of the program does not work either.

Wonderful experience. Utilized the Tax Advice Service which worked wonderfully and helped me resolve a small, but bothersome data entry issue. Very easy to use and organized in a logical manner.

TurboTax has lowered quality

Software is flawed. It hangs up at various times and I have to close the program and restart it. Very frustrating. I expected better than this from TurboTax.
