Turbo Tax serves its purpose

I like using turbo tax to file my taxes however it always gips me on one of my 5 filings and I can never get it back. This happened to me 2 years in a row. This is really a nuisance.

previous year's data entry style is more practical

I preferred the flow of data input that was for 2023 returns. The new style is confusing and requires to input the financial institution's name many times in order to input the various income data.

Printing TurboTax was QUERKY this year.

Overall use of program was easy as usual. There were 2 errors found with imported documents requiring an entry to a space that had nothing to put in that space. Also, in printing my returns, the converting to PDF files was different, but somehow - somewhere - the pages ran into each other. It basically printed like 1 big page. This made it difficult to go back and find anything on specific forms. Also, the print was misaligned with the space intended for the entry. I had not seen TurboTax act this way before.

Disappointed that you discontinued the CD. Had difficulty in dowloading and installing the Deluxe version.

I always have difficulty in transfering data from Charles Schwab 1099 composite to Turbo Tax
The sequence of the form and Turbo Tax questions is not in harmony.

prior year's information not entered automatically, made things not easy. log on to turbotax site does not help the improve the information entering into the tax filing software easier. (was it just for collecting user's information?)

Frustrated that I could not download a copy to more than one computer from download this year. My family buys at least two copies every year. I am a single mom and it has been nice to be able to just put a copy of the software on my laptop. I really appreciated that you allowed that. Now that it is only available by download I am not able to get a copy for my laptop. I saw that I can order the DVD for $10, but why can't I just download another copy? Very frustrating. I have been visiting my cousin about 4 times to do my taxes. And it still cost me gas money. :(
