Taxes made easy

The program is straight forward and easy to understand, with explanations if needed. We have used the platform for years, but have had experience with other products, but always have viewed Turbo Tax as the best product availble.

I like forms not AI

I spent more time trying to figure out what the heck Tubo Tax wanted than just enterng the information from the various 1099 forms. I found it very difficult to sign into banks and employers to find tax information. They all have passwords, but also want some sort of 2 factor Authentication which is currently pretty flaky in my mind.

Frustrating experience this year

have been using TurboTax since 2009 and this year I had a lot of trouble with software accepting input and in finalizing my return.
Turbo would not accept my credit card to pay taxes owed so I went to pay IRS invoice by mail then got error message that my E-files could not go through, and I should try later. I tried about an hour later and decided to try the Credit card payment method again and finally E-filed, although I am not sure that my taxes will actually be paid with my credit card since they did not furnish a receipt or printed acknowledgement of payment. Certainly not as user friendly as in past years, very frustrating experience this afternoon. Would not recommend to others and I may seek another means to file my taxes next year

Been using TURBO Tax for many years and it is a great product. The process is so detailed and helpful with each segment. I feel that every area is covered in detail so that I don't miss anything. Love TurboTax!

Not as good as previous versions.

TurboTax used to be easy to use and navigate. But, I found that with this years version there were questions I could not get answered, deductions that were glanced over and I had to go back to find them.
