Still good, but previous user interface is better

I have been using Turbo Tax for more that 10 years. The changes made to the user interface are more awkward than in previous years. Particularly in the concerning importing from banks and brokerages. Also, the previous years data entry (dollar amounts) were not picked up to display for comparison, even though the personal information (names, social security numbers, etc.) was brought in correctly.
And I would rather have the physical media (CDs) instead of only the electronic downloads. Electronic may be better for the company but is not so for your customers. It should be a customer option.

Overall, TT works well. I just wish that TT would save all the answers entered instead of some answers being saved. Also, when you're done going through a section, TT should put me back where to go next instead of going back to the top of page, this way I get lost and not sure what to work on next.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and think it's great. Pretty easy to get done. Easy to download from It's deductible. You are asked if you want to purchase some features, but are not required to. At the end you have to put in your address and info multiple times and that's annoying. Overall a good program though.
