I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. I absolutely love Turbo Tax Deluxe. It is so simple to use and always reliable. Very intuitive!! Five stars to the developers of this great product!!!!!

Printing Problems.

Doing the actual tax input and calculation went just fine. But, completed return will not make a connection with my HP printer. I've used TT for many years. No problem. This year whether HP is connected to my Mac via WiFi or hard wired, the TT file will not make connection with my HP. Everything else is printing as normal. Very frustrating. TT support person could not help and sent the issue up to TT Tech people. I await a response.

New download

We are used to using the disc. Changing to the download was fine. The only problem I had was finding the right option to use the key code. Took over and hour and felt like I got lucky to find it. What was suppose to be a simple 3 step process was not. Hope this can be corrected for the future. This will not stop me from using Turbo Taz however.

Program LOCKED UP at the very end when I wanted to FILE. It unlocked after 2-3 minutes, just as I was going to call Turbotax.

Turbo Tax experience

I made a typo and called the service line after my taxes were rejected. Rochelle was outstanding in working with me to find the error and to correct the error. She is pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the product. She relieved me of all my stress in getting the correction made. Thanks to Rochelle for her dedication and hard work.
