Do not like the push to create TurboTax account in order to use my desktop product since last year. It's also not possible to recover the account I created last year. It's a huge waste of time. We've been using TurboTax for over 15 years. But we'll be looking for another tax solution next year.

see previous comments. very good way to file - a) could not find my investment group(s) in the e-load list and b) an easier way to print the tax return w/o having to self-determine where the std pages most likely to be printed are located. Maybe it is because of using only once a year and there is not a better way organize forms.

Repeat download of financial document not flagged

Easy interface, except a mistakenly "repeat" download of the same financial document from the same financial institution must be flagged to avoid double entries and incorrect calculation of the refund.
