Had trouble with e-file, Originally tried to charge me an additional $40 + $25 to efile state. I back tracked closed it out and came back in later and got it corrected. Other than that I had a good experience. I have used for years.

The only problem i have is with direct deposit input. i spend more time looking for this than
anything else. Have used turbo tax for more than 10 years.
