I have been using TurboTax for over a decade (longer, actually). It is easy to use, convenient, and way less expensive than using the accountant we used previously! By the way, my wife and I are seniors!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years and they have never let me down. the prompt's are easy to read with instructions. They walk you through the process with ease and allow you to review at any point in the process. great design and always dependable. The only surprise is not having the physical disk with the software package. I would prefer to have the disk.

We were disappointed the software assumed we were new to Turbo Tax product. I spent several minutes follow the directions for filing, my taxes. I had to ask the "can i help you" with the question how do I update my info from last years filing?
I am really annoyed the review i'm writing cannot or will not capitals at the beginning of a sentence!
