not happy with your software this year. you want to charge for everything. after buying the software, one would think some courtesy would be extended to answer some questions. I'm not asking you to do the work for me, just answer a simple question.

TurboTax walked me through filing our taxes for 2 years now. I had never filed taxes prior to last year. My husband always used TurboTax to file our taxes but he has Parkinson's disease and can no longer use a computer. I had to learn how to do the taxes. With the help from TurboTax I've completed our taxes and I'm confident that TurboTax has lead me through without mistakes.

It gets more and more difficult to answer all the questions in this program and I don't find it easy any longer. There are questions that don't apply to our elderly status and they are totally confusing. I get really frustrated in the sections that don't apply. And the cost of the software keeps going up and up.

Not liking your platform anymore. Not sure what is wrong but it jumps around and isn't clear about what you have done with information..Just says "already included" Shouldn't have to pay for extra states either.
