WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED.. THE PAST 20 YEARS + I ALWAYS HAD A CD. THIS YEAR A NIGHTMARE... NO CD HAD TO DOWNLOAD THE STUPID PROGRAM.. HOURS AND HOURS JUST TRYING TO GET THE STUPID PROGRAM ON THE COMPUTER....MY COMPUTER HAD TO BE CLEANED, UPDATED, ADDED THIS AND THAT...
SOME OF THE SUPPORT PEOPLE WERE GREAT, BUT MANY WERE NOT.... ALSO THE STUPID AUTOMATED ANSWERING SYS... ON FOR LONG LONG TIME JUST TRYING TO SPEAK TO A PERSON... GET STRIGHT.. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS NEXT YEAR
